💻 KKR is nearing a deal to acquire post-trade services JV OSTTRA (owned by CME Group and S&P Global) for around $3bn, per Bloomberg.
🏫 Mubadala Investment Company will join a consortium led by EQT to acquire a $600m minority stake in UK-based private school operator Nord Anglia Education, reports Reuters.
